You know what to do... just mail your check to my address. And don't forget to make it payable to Azhar Mussina.
2. All major debit & credit cards
- Click Pay Now button below
- Enter the amount you want to pay and click Continue.
- Choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card.
- Fill out the form and click Pay Now.
3. PayPal
- Click Pay Now button below
- Enter the amount you want to pay and click Continue.
- Choose Pay with PayPal.
- Log in, choose your payment method and click Pay Now.
4. PayPal Credit
Already have a PayPal Credit line?
- Click here: https://Paypal.Me/AzharMussina
- Enter the Amount you want to pay and click Next.
- Log in your PayPal account.
- Click Change Payment Method and choose PayPal Credit.
- Click Send Money Now.

- Check the amount and click Continue.

- Check your billing information and click Continue.
- Enter your date of birth and last four digits of your SSN.
